At the end of her university studies in Fribourg, Adrienne Bühler worked in the field of psychiatry, then in a social and health action center, thereby developing her knowledge of networking and the specific skills related to the helping relationship.

Through her family life and the education of her 3 children, she was able to put into practice her pragmatism and her constant search for balance between sometimes divergent interests.

Since 2008, she has been involved in working with employees of Swiss and international companies, and joined the SSIE in 2013. She is particularly involved in psychosocial risk issues, both in the individual follow-up of employees in difficulty and in the design and facilitation of specific workshops.
