After her training, Carine Varidel gained several years of experience in the field of education. She then moved toward private and public social services in Geneva, working with diverse populations. She has therefore developed excellent knowledge of issues related to children, families and elderly people.

She joined the SSIE in 2008, where she works as a social advisor. Having trained in individual and collective debriefing techniques, she is also the reference person for preventing the potential after-effects of trauma.
